I didn’t have much hope for this 20 yr old carpet but I was tired of fighting our Bissell and the house was starting to smell like a gerbil cage. The guys were so fast! The carpet looks like new. It’s soft again! And the gerbil is gone. Five stars isn’t nearly enough!!!
